Essential Criteria: A relevant 3rd level degree/post-graduate qualification e.g., Health Management, Management, Clinical/Medical, business, training, or related fields 2 years experience in developing and delivering education programmes. Experience of having managed people and/or projects Experience of having worked in the service or subject area being commissioned for at least 2 years: have a clear understanding of what will be required to set up a new service. Clinical systems training experience.
