Senior Accounts Assistant

Bluebell - Dublin 12

Office Based Role

My client is seeking to appoint a Senior Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.

Candidates will need to have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role.

Strong Excel skills are required for this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Financial Controller
  • Assisting with the preparation of the monthly accounts.
  • Processing driver’s worksheets
  • Working closely with our Irish and UK transport departments
  • Issuing sales invoices and liaising with customers
  • Entering purchase invoices and liaising with suppliers
  • Payroll, calculating wages
The Person

Key Skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and enjoy working in a busy environment
  • Knowledge of road network within Ireland and UK would be beneficial
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role is required
