Client Trainer Required for Cork Office - Temporary Contract

ABOUT TURAS NUA

IPNES supports people who are over 12 months unemployed or employed part-time on low earnings, by providing intensive, targeted and personalised employment support services. The IPNES contract is delivered by Turas Nua, the Irish employability services provider. Turas Nua is wholly owned by FRS Network, an Irish cooperative social enterprise, which has been delivering services to Irish communities since 1980.

JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB

To provide professional and expert training to our clients with the highest standards of delivery using a variety of methods. Ensuring that the client is always at the centre of the learning experience, providing information and guidance in a friendly, welcoming environment that promotes learning in a positive way. A proficient training content creator, with a creative flair for the design of high-quality material and experiences. This is a region-based role with a number of offices to cover, flexibility to travel is required.

THE PERSON: PROFILE
You are a competent training professional with significant experience of the full training life cycle from analysis, design, development, delivery to evaluation of programmes.You will have excellent presentation skills and be comfortable with delivery to large and small groups using a variety of delivery methods including face to face classroom and live virtual classroom.You will have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).You will possess and exhibit strong training content development skills.You must be available to travel throughout your designated region.

THE ROLE: PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
Create a high standard of various forms of training content as and when requested. This will include (but is not limited to) lesson planning and learner material.Work with Subject Matter Experts on a range of topics to create engaging training content.Present new content to the QA team to acquire feedback and recommendations.Participate in and deliver new content pilot and rollout sessions.Deliver effective training to clients from an approved catalogue of courses and webinars.Deliver training sessions using web conferencing software, update and manage attendance.Deliver classroom training sessions to clients face to face.Achieve required course evaluation standards as set out by the business.Update client training records on CRM.Participate in monthly TNA meetings with Operations.Regularly and actively promote the training offer to clients and Operations.Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the business.Ensure all Data Protection regulations are always fully adhered to.
