Night Receptionist – Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport

We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Night Receptionist in the excellent Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport.

Please note that the hours of this role are 10:30pm until 7am.

Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Night Supervisor, the Night Receptionist is the first person that a guest meets on arrival at the Hotel. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that all staff present a friendly and professional image to our guests at all times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet and welcome our guests to the Hotel.
2. Register the guests and take payment.
3. Answer any queries the guest may have on in-house facilities and tourist information.
4. Take responsibility for the security of the keys.
5. Update all guest information in the computer.
6. Take and confirm reservations for our guests.

Requirements:

1. Excellent customer care skills.
2. Be able to work on your own initiative.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Be able to cope well under pressure.
5. Ability to work night shifts.
6. Experience in a 3/4 star hotel is preferable but not required.
