We're seeking a creative, innovative, and driven Employer Branding Intern to join our dynamic Human Resource team based in our Dublin site, for 9 months . In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Grifols as an employer of choice , you will assist in elevating our employer brand to attract high-quality candidates, play a critical role in the activation of our employer branding strategy and enhance our employer brand presence withing the Irish market.  


What your responsibilities will be:

 

  • Assist with the development and implementation of employer branding strategies 
  • You’ll work closely with Employer Branding Manager and HR team to align employer branding efforts with internal and external communications. 
  • Support the creation and dissemination of engaging employer brand content across various platforms (career pages, social media channels, job boards, etc.).
  • Assist in organizing and promoting employer branding events such as job fairs, campus recruitments, and employee engagement activities such as supporting the social committee, wellness strategy and other HR project.
  • Contribute ideas for new employer branding campaigns and employee value proposition enhancements.
  • Screen, survey and report on social media engagement and data to ensure marketing, recruiting and internal EVP goals are adjusted, and objectives are achieved.  

 

What you will bring: 

  • Passion for Employer Branding - A passion for storytelling and a creative mindset
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • An eye for design and experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of integrated marketing concepts: visual identity, content management, brand strategy and social media.
