Overview
• The Cryptographic Security Program consists of a global Mastercard team that designs, builds, and supports service platforms that provide cryptographic, key management and EMV certificate management functions utilized by global Mastercard application teams.
• Cryptographic Security has roadmap plans to re-architect legacy platforms and build new service-oriented platforms that are scalable, highly available, and built with continuous delivery implementations.
• The Product Manager will work with the Key Management Portal team. This is a new strategic application which we have designed, built and own end-to-end, which delivers a modern, secure, and user-friendly web-based application for external and internal users to exchange and manage keys/certificates through guided workflows. The goal of the application is to provide an excellent customer experience and increased efficiency during the key/certificate exchange. This is the first solution of its kind and we are setting a new standard in customer facing crypto management.

As a Product Manager (Technical) at Mastercard, you are expected to carry out the following general duties:
• Owns the vision for and drives the delivery of assigned product features
• Coordinates internal forums to identify user pain points and requirements
• Elicits and decomposes requirements into user stories
• Recommends solution options and trade-offs
• Prepare use case document, functional specification and/or UI design when needed
• Works closely with Engineering from the feature refinement stage through to development and release
• Owns product documentation ensuring it is clear and easily consumable
• Continuously monitors feature development, adjusting throughout implementation as needed
• Reviews product demos against acceptance criteria for the feature set
• Prepares, launches, and monitors adoption and operational health for feature sets
• Makes use of research, user studies and metrics to understand the product performance and to inform the roadmap
• Supports and participates in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into features

Within the Cryptographic Security Program, you are also responsible for:
• Help driving the Scrum process within the team, at daily and sprint cadences
• Initiating and driving collaboration with other teams in Mastercard
• Share product knowledge across the organization
• Follow other programs and seek new opportunities
• Assist Support teams with production incidents and other issues
• Contribute to continuous process improvement

All About You
• Ability to understand technical domains and technical architecture of web applications operating in a service-oriented environment
• Ability to gather and distil information and serve this to stakeholders or a team of Engineers
• Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Scrum methodology from the Product Owner perspective.
• Good Business Analysis skills and experience delivering end-user applications
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Product Management and Product Design
• Great collaboration skills. Comfortable working with others and good at networking
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple high-priority demands while driving consistent results. Scrummaster experience is also highly desired
