Our ICT Program 

If you studied or have experience in cloud operations/engineering, data science & engineering, AI, user experience or web development, our ICT graduate program is the perfect place to kickstart your career. You will gain best practice across people management, technical expertise, process, and project management. The program will encompass experience across multiple Kerry ICT technologies with potential opportunity to travel both regionally and globally within the role, all while building out the skills needed to become a Kerry leader of the future.

You’re open minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.  

You’re a recent or soon to be graduate.

You’re fluent in English and ideally another language (Spanish and Mandarin/Chinese are of particular interest)

You’re eligible to permanently work in Ireland.

You’re open to travelling and/or relocating.

 Each of our graduate programs comes with all the ingredients to fuel your leadership skills and knowledge: Throughout the rotational 2 year program, you will gain real-world, on-the-job experience with mentoring from our brightest stars; you'll share your ideas and get feedback from leaders; you’ll have the support of a senior sponsor on a live project and be given formal training to become a future leader yourself.
