Role/ Department:

Based in Limerick, this role entails supporting clients and team members in the products and services that we manage to ensure that we provide a superior level of service to our ever-increasing client base. The successful candidate will have responsibility for a large client or multiple smaller clients with the aim of exceeding our client expectations for all custody queries.  

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced people manager to join a dynamic team who are committed to providing excellent client service to our network of clients.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Daily Sign off in relation to the completion of the Cash Telex (ERM)
  • Review of Duplicate FX report
  • Review Cash & Stock reconciliations – Provide development in terms of understanding and direct CSR in terms of resolution.
  • Release ad-hoc payments via MTS Prod, GCM, or WCM
  • Ensure CSR completion of checklist and provide sign-off.
  • Review & Investigate failing trades in excess of 3 business days or $1million
  • 1st escalation point for all internal or external queries
  • Monitor trend analysis in relation to client reporting requirements, look to schedule reports to create efficiencies for NT and clients.
  • Project manage transitions & terminations with the respective internal teams
  • Liaise with the New Business Team in relation to new fund or client launches and potential resource implications.
  • Coach and develop CSR’s in all aspect of the Custody Servicing Role
  • Participate in business or client initiatives/projects as required.
  • Oversight of market and custodian changes
  • Conduct regular 121’s
  • Hold regular team meetings
  • Resource allocation ie. Sickness, annual leave, etc
  • Attend client calls and client meetings
  • Produce slides for department meeting
  • Liaise with HR and attend HR training

Skills/ Qualifications:

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

  • Experience within Fund Services (preferably Custody)
  • People Management experience  
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the securities industry, its products, and instruments.
  • Strong leadership skills and an advocate for the company.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to persuade and influence change / best practice.
  • Ability to communicate with partners and clients at all levels.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive environment within the team.
  • Strong team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
