Bar Supervisor

Join our team as we have a fantastic new vacancy for an experienced Bar Supervisor at The Johnstown Estate We are looking for an experienced individual for full-time work only. Reporting to the Bar Manager duties include: Assist the Bar Management team with day to day running of the Coach House Bar, ensuring smooth and efficient operation Supervising and developing a team of customer service professionals Ensure effective Cash & Stock Control Procedures are in place and adhered to at all times Assist with the Training of the team Ensuring the highest level of standard of service, cleanliness are maintained at all times Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback Maximising sales and promote an upselling environment Some of the benefits of work with us are: Meals on duty Gym memberships at our Leisure Club Uniforms provided The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a 4 star Hotel or similar. They should also have the ability to work well under pressure and should be energetic, customer focused and should possess excellent communication skills.
