This lovely destination in Co Waterford has a great opportunity for a front of house professional who is looking to escape the late nights of the hotel industry. The Head of Hospitality is responsible for ensuring a smooth and delightful guest experience and is responsible for overseeing accommodation and event bookings, conducting property showrounds, managing rates, dealing with all customer issues and complaints, and liaising with wider teams on all property and event issues (ie housekeeping, catering, events). Occasional weekend hoursare required with time in lieu given.

This role would suit a Front Office /Guest Relations/ Events professional with at least two years’ experience in a quality hotel destination. Must demonstrate excellent levels of guest service with proactive, hands-on attitude.
