Medical Scientist - Roscommon University Hospital

 

Medical Scientists, Basic Grade are required by Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with the HSE, for roles in Roscommon University Hospital to join their team in the area of haematology and transfusion.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

â¢Responsible for monitoring consumables and reagent stock supplies associated with the section

â¢Participate in laboratory meetings, particularly about assessment of performance, development of the service, and organisational changes. Contribute to effective communication within the department.

â¢To maintain and improve analytical quality in the department by participating in and facilitating of Quality Assurance and Audits

 

The Candidate:

 

â¢Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Medical Scientists Register maintained by the Medical Scientists Registration Board at CORU.

â¢Permission to work in Ireland

⢠Flexibility in work practice
