Globally known pharmaceutical company, is looking for a German speaking professional to join their Order Management department. No previous experience required - Full training provided.

 

The role

  • In this role you will be a primary contact for business to business (B2B) customers, making sure their orders are processed, accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Administration tasks are significant part of the role, hence, attention to details is essential.
  • Customer Service element is a bit different than a typical call centre: There is no ticketing system. While processing orders and doing everyday tasks, you will be taking occasional customer calls and emails.

 

What are we looking for? 

  • An ideal candidate is a person that genuinely cares about people, with good communication skills and English.
  • Any kind of previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable, but, again, not mandatory.
  • Can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn is key.

Salary and Benefits  

  • Base salary â¬32,640 per year
  • Youâll be working Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8am â 4pm or 9am â 5pm).
  •  There is hybrid model in place: 3 days per week from the office in Dublin 22, and 2 days from home. 
  • After successful onboarding and probation, you can request to work up to 6 weeks / 30 working days from abroad (T&C apply).
