Enterprise People are currently seeking an experienced Operations Resilience Specialist for a 6 Month (3 days per week) contract based in Dublin (WFH). Operational Resilience is seen as a key risk area for our client and their customer-centric strategy as well as being a key regulatory focus. Reporting to the Operational Resilience Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the support and execution of our clients Operational Resilience capability relating to all critical business services. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record that demonstrates subject matter expertise in one or more of the key resilience disciplines of Business Continuity, Risk Management, Operational Resilience, Major Incident Management and/or Disaster Recovery preferably in Financial Services. The Operations Resilience Specialist will be required to drive multi-disciplinary teams in complex operating environments engaging with and influencing business stakeholders (up to and including C-Level). This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global player in the financial services space. The Operations Resilience Specialist will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supportthe development and maintenance of a proportionate and sustainable OR operating posture Maturity and maintenance of an Operational Resilience Management System' (ORMS) that is compliant with prevailing regulatory obligations such as the Cross Industry Guidance on Operational Resilience (CIGOR). Maturityand maintenance of business incident management capability; ensuring constant 'incident ready' status Provide direct support to the Ireland business in their response to incidents and the review and remediation of issues identified post-incident Activelyand positively engage with 2nd and 3rd Lines of defence, in all matters relating to Operational Resilience assurance and oversight QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: A 3rd Level Qualification 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services A strong backgroundin at least one of the following: Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Major Incident Management, Risk Management or Disaster Recovery Experienceof developing or supporting the implementation of OR Management Systems aligned to regulatory models or international standards such as ISO 22301 Financial services experience Continuity or risk-related certification Ability to travel within Ireland if necessary Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Call Patrick Docherty at Enterprise People for more information.
