CMMS Engineer Contract Duration/Type: Permanent Location: Blanchardstown 39 hours per week Duties of the Role include: Participate in the development and improvement of the plant maintenance schedules and routines. Ensure Asset structure/ hierarchy reflects drawings and in field conditions. Uploading new data to current CMMS system Development of training plan and delivery of training for end users. Update and creation of SOP's, training materials and other quality documentation. Ensure compliance with site and global SOPs through collaboration with site and global stakeholders. Provide end user support during and after Go-live. Communication with other sites across the network to ensure alignment. Support day-to-day CMMS administration duties (Master data management, Work Order reviews, user set up) CMMS engineer must have a combination of technical proficiency, Strong understanding of CMMS software platforms Verification, collection, combining of data in the field and transferring to CMMS system Uploading of all relevant commissioning documentation Required skills for this role: Trade qualification with third level degree Experience with maintenance categorization, CM, PM, CBM etc. Structured worker with technical analytical abilities High degree of flexibility, highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure Previous experience with CMMS systems, preferably Maximo. Experience working with large volumes of data. Previous Experience as a CMMS Administrator role a distinct advantage. Strong communication skills required.
