As Order Fulfilment Operative, you will be responsible for processing all orders received into Esker for the NAM region. You will additionally be required to support other regions (globally) as per business needs. Scheduling activities for production control will be part of the data entry training and responsibilities under order management.

As our Order Fulfilment Operative, you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Managing all order entry tasks for EMEA region as a priority, proactively supporting other regions as required.
  • Ensuring customer information/product information is accurately replicated in the OCR tool Esker; report any inconsistencies and ensure resolved. Escalating to Order Entry Team Leader as appropriate.
  • Informing the Pending and Phone and E-mail team of all orders with pre-booking holds applied (issues preventing the booking of orders) in order to transfer ownership to Customer Communications to resolve.
  • Ensuring high level of order entry accuracy.
  • Building your knowledge of HID and HID products; attend training as required.
  • Working seamlessly with the EMEA production control team if data entry is required for Order management.

What we will love about your background:

  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, technical standards, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
  • Previous experience of using the Oracle system would be a distinct advantage.
  • Knowledge of using an OCR tool would be a distinct advantage.

Your Experience and Education include:

  • Previous experience of working within a busy customer service/order management department, helping to achieve excellent time management, efficient prioritization and delivering on all KPI’s is essential.
  • Some technology experience would be an advantage.
