Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Purpose ofRole:

· Thepurpose of this role is to plan & schedule Electrical maintenance & toexecute electrical projects.

Requirements

ActivitiesWithin Role:

· Actas designee for Site Electrical Lead when required.

· Overseethe timely completion of Electrical work orders and resolve issues if required.Ensure compliance for same.

· SN23 – Electrical Safety Standard program implementation.

· SN22- Lockout /Tagout implementation

· Assistwith continuous and reliable supply of electricity across the site.

· Design& Manage Electrical projects.

· Plan& schedule Electrical maintenance.

· Supportaudits on the Electrical Safety program.

· Pointof contact for Electrical related queries

· Liaisewith Electrical / Maintenance contractors.

· TaskSupervisor and Area Owner for Electrical related work.

· Reviewand approve Electrical modifications, change requests, and SOP’s.

· Conductwalk-downs / review of electrical installations.

· AttendFactory and Site Acceptance Tests as required.

· Identifyopportunity for improvement in Electrical distribution / maintenance infrastructure.

Coachingand Training:

· Identifyand implement Electrical based training across site.

· Coachingothers by sharing skill set and expertise.

· Completeassigned training – and identify gaps /opportunities for further training.

· SiteElectrical Lead

KeyBehaviours:

· StrongSafety mindset & awareness of the potential dangers inherent in High andLow voltage distribution.

· StrongCompliance Mindset, demonstrated capability of understanding EHS & GMPcompliance requirements (particularly from an Engineering perspective),demonstrated capability within the Audit environment (specifically EHS)

JobExperience:

· Atleast 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar operatingenvironment.

· Experienceof High Voltage equipment

Qualifications:

· ElectricalEngineering Degree or Equivalent

Skill Set:

· Computerliterate – required for CMMS work order processing / Training completion etc.

· Abilityto respond to competing priorities

· Problemsolving skills.

· Verystrong knowledge of industrial Electrical safety standards.

· Demonstratedcontinuous improvement focus.

· CustomerFocus – proven ability to delight customers & end users.
