Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager for a Nursing Unit in Leopardstown, Dublin 18. This unit is a member of a large group, offering incredible support and infrastructure to new appointees. The group was founded in 2000 and operates a total of 32 nursing and care homes in Ireland.

Overview of the Role:

Cpl is now seeking applicants for a Clinical Nurse Manager role in a newly opened Care facility for Older Adults in Leopardstown, Dublin 18. The roles available are full time permanent and will require the availability to work weekends/nights.

Duties:
  1. Clinical Practice
  2. Medication Management
  3. Staff Supervision & Training
  4. Auditing
  5. Residents/Relatives - Person Centre
  6. Management
Qualifications:
  • BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.
  • Previous managerial training/experience is an advantage.
  • Registered on the NMBI live register.
  • Excellent Leadership, Organisational, and Communication skills.
  • Sound decision-making ability.
  • Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work well and promote a team environment.
  • Results driven.
