Role: Administrator

Location: Maastricht

Work hrs: Monday - Friday (office hrs)

Salary: €30K p/a

Contract: 1 year

Work model: Initial 6 months onsite leading to Hybrid: 2 days from home, 3 days onsite.

 

Role duties:

  • Supporting the Sales department with administrative tasks.
  • Reviewing and processing client contracts.
  • Entering relevant information into Databases.
  • Maintaining and updating multiple Databases.
  • Contacting customers by phone and email to obtain missing information and update contact details etc.
  • Maintaining and updating sales records.
  • Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
