The HR team in the group is composed of almost 40 talented HR professionals. We are looking for a Global HR Systems Officer to join the HR team and support the entire Group.


Euronext Human Resources team closely supports the Euronext strategic plan, "Growth for Impact 2024" with the ambition to support the development of each Euronext employee by strengthening our diverse and multicultural teams and finding the right balance between strong performance focus, close client connectivity, positive climate impact and innovation.


In the context of strong growth and recent integrations, the HR team plays a key role in designing, deploying and running HR practices, projects and tools applicable across locations together with coordinating the Change Management for all stakeholders.


The Global HR Systems Officer is responsible for supporting all local HR and stakeholders across businesses, proactively delivering HR system projects and identifying opportunities for the improvement of Euronext HR systems. Acting on full Euronext scope across all businesses and countries and on all HR processes, reporting to the Head of Group HR Information System and being part of the Global HR Integration and Operation team.


You will join a diverse, international and agile team in charge of HR systems, projects and M&A at group level.

Located in our Porto office, you will be fully integrated into our dynamic HR Portuguese team. Porto office is one of our main IT centers and in constant growth to meet Euronext challenges.

As Global HR Systems Officer, some of the key accountabilities will be to:

  1. Support the global HR community on HR system (Workday)
  • Provide support to the global and local HR teams in their day-to-day activities and solve issues.
  • Manage data control in the different HR systems: ensure data quality, design and analyze KPIs and reports and ensure regular control. Monitor data quality and its improvement. Support users in data quality control and improvement.
  • Train HR users on HR Information systems, create and deliver training materials and facilitate sessions.
  1. Contribute to HR systems users community facilitation
  • Contribute to HR System projects.
  • Participate in the integration of new companies in ENX HR processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with Euronext stakeholders: IT team, other businesses such as Finance, procurement, integrators to develop and improve HR Information System architecture and integration with other systems.
  • Understand and challenge users’ business needs. Identify the most effective ways to support them and implement solutions.
  • Monitor user requests and provide analysis and proposed action plans: involve them in design/testing/validation steps.
  • Lead the testing process: definition, preparation and management of the different tests phases with the integrator and the users.
  1. Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Contribute and facilitate improvement of HR processes: recruitment, Job requisition review, performance process, training management, Talent, remuneration campaign.
  • Propose, design and implement reporting and dashboard to improve data quality and monitor HR processes.
  • Contribute to evolutions of the HR Systems to simplify/ease user-experience/improve practices.
  • Contribute to HR System improvement design and planning with the integrator and to monitor progress.


Your profile

  • 3-5 years’ experience with HR system project and run management, system administration.
  • Knowledge or experience of HRIS tools, Workday will be a plus.
  • Genuine interest in systems.
  • Rigorous, organized and dynamic. Results and deadline driven.
  • Client-service oriented, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: listening, communication, proactivity, initiative, ability to collaborate and ability to manage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Excellent command of English and native in one of Euronext local languages (French, Portuguese, Dutch, ...).
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
