A Trainer is required to join a leading Home Care business to be based in Dublin with 40% -  60% travel across Leinster.

The Role

Deliver company induction training in line with current training plansAssist with the scheduling, delivery, assessment, content and admin of all trainingDeliver QQI training in line with current validation guidelinesImplement and review QQI Policies and Procedures e.g. ensuring the secure storage of portfolios, disseminating information on proper procedure for appeals, confidentiality of records etc.Submit all necessary work in line with QQI QA procedures to the timeframe as laid out by the Learning & Development OfficerCorrespond with Learners regarding results and certification
The Person
QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer or QQI Level 6 Training & Development Special Purpose AwardPreferred background in nursing, social work or other ancillary servicesInterested applicants should have a relevant health/social care or nursing background and must have care of the elderly experience   Understanding of clinical systems implementation methodologies, process reengineering and change management
