Audio Visual Administrator - Facilities Management - Kinsale, Cork - 34,000 Euro's plus excellent benefits.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Global Facilities Management company at one of their prestigious client's sites based in Kinsale, Cork.

If you have a proven track record in Administration and are experienced in Visual Audio support, then this is an excellent opportunity for you to join a company who are experiencing significant growth.

Salary: 34,000 Euro's plus excellent benefits

Location: Cork, Kinsale

Hours of work: 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 3:30pm Friday.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Management with the day-to-day running of Services across the site.
  • Meeting room and town hall set up, maintenance of meeting rooms and Audio-Visual (AV) support for reactive issues that may arise during meetings.
  • Review of Audio-Visual quarterly report from AV Vendor to ensure tickets are raised with local IT, modern meeting room team, AV vendor and the facilities team for any issues highlighted in the report.
  • Review tickets on a daily/weekly basis to ensure remedial works are closed out in a timely manner.
  • Be available on request to meet & greet guests to site.
  • File documents in physical and digital formats and ensure appropriate storage Management of regulatory documents, ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.
  • Follow up with vendors in relation to quotations and mandatory documentation.
  • Follow up with contractors to ensure reports are received and filed in a timely manner and any actions are highlighted to Management.
  • To take notes at disciplinary, grievance and investigation meetings as requested.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Be a team worker with a flexible approach.
  • Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be self-motivated.
  • Have an excellent understanding of customer care.
  • Have excellent IT skills, willingness to learn new systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Audio-Visual equipment.
  • Full Irish driver's license held for two years minimum.
