• Advert Text Maintenance Technician Role Overview Purpose:

  Support facilities management and maintenance activities to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive environment.

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues to maximize uptime.
  • Service electrical, mechanical, and other equipment.
  • Respond to technical and non-technical queries.
  • Assist with installations and maintain records.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Quality standards.
  • Maintain tidy work areas and provide out-of-hours cover as needed.
  Qualifications and Skills:
  • Relevant engineering diploma or senior trades certification in electrical/plumbing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in facilities or utilities maintenance.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work flexibly.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Team player with excellent initiative.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle physical demands.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  Working Pattern:
  Monday to Friday 39 hours per week, shift worker.
