Our client is seeking a Rewards Specialist to join their team for a 6 month fixed term contract. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin City centre. Reporting to the Reward Manager , you will support compensation, benefits and reward programs. Key Responsibilities: Job Evaluation Process: Assist in evaluating roles to ensure accurate allocation within the organisations banding framework. Annual Salary Surveys: Ensure the salary ranges are updated at agreed intervals. Annual Salary Review: Support the annual salary review process in line with the local Remuneration policy. Provide assistance to local Managers and oversee efficient processing of salary changes. Incentive Programmes Implementation: Support the implementation of incentive programs. Assist managers, handle employee queries, and ensure accurate and efficient payment processing. Employee Benefits Management: Assist in managing employee pension schemes, share plans, and other benefits. Respond to queries from managers and employees. Liaise with the HR Operations team to ensure accurate benefits administration. Reward Communications Development: Develop and obtain approval for reward communications Ensure employees understand their total reward offerings. Support for New Hires, Leavers, and Retirees: Provide necessary support and reward/benefits information throughout the hiring, leaving, and retirement processes. Remuneration Policy Review: Continuously review local Remuneration policy. Suggest potential improvements and work with the Reward Manager to implement changes as per governance guidelines. Key Requirements: A minimum of 3 years working in a rewards/analytical environment, ideally within financial services organisation. Experience of overseeing the execution of salary, incentive and benefits administration& share plans. Degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalentessential with aCIPD accreditation (or working towards accreditation) desirable. Good understanding of incentive and benefit schemes within the market. Knowledge of relevant employment legislation. Excellent MS office skills including Excel at advanced level.
