The role of Finance Accountant reports to the Finance Manager and the ideal background for this role includes:
- Experience in accounts preparation and financial reporting and control.
- Insurance/Reinsurance background and accounting experience
- Excellent numeric skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of and ability to use all MS Office programmes.
- A strong ability to work on their own initiative & be proactive.
- Possess excellent analytical, problem solving and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of SAP plus a European language (French or Spanish) would be seen as an extra advantage. Ideally you will already be working in Ireland as my client is not in a position to offer sponsorship.
