Domestic BER Assessors/ Surveyors sought for leading Irish Energy Consultancy company to complete accurate BER assessments, various positions available Nationwide. This is a full-time permanent position that offers flexible working, salary is negotiable depending on experience.

As a BER Assessor, you will be required to complete domestic surveys, BER assessments and Inspections. Ideally, the candidate should be a SEAI fully registered domestic BER Assessor. Candidates who have completed the BER course and are eligible to register with SEAI, will also be considered.

To be considered you will have:

• Completed Fetac Level 6 course BER Rating of Dwellings and must be either registered with the SEAI as a BER Assessor/eligible to register with the SEAI.
• Background in Building Surveying or Construction Studies
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp
• A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good verbal, written and customer engagement skills
• Open to candidates with a background in Carpentry or Construction, willing to upskill
• Full clean driving licence
• Good IT skills

The successful candidate should be self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to work on a team and on own initiative.

A company van, laptop and phone allowance, travel expenses will be provided.
