The PositionThe Opportunity: Healthcare Transformation Partner
Are you a problem solver, passionate about making a difference in patients' lives? Potential transformation scenarios include providing care in more convenient and flexible settings (e.g. through digital solutions or alternative care models).
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to identify collective opportunities for healthcare evolution through advocacy, policy creation, or advancing delivery of national strategies.
- Work with global colleagues by bringing insights forward that shape portfolio and clinical development decisions and advance patient diversity and inclusion goals.
- Embrace impactful opportunities, such as patient-facing symposiums, and speaking engagements at congresses, that advance the delivery of outcomes and demonstrate thought leadership.

You excel in strategy development and have a deep understanding of disease areas and patient journeys. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to identify opportunities and challenge the status quo. You are a system thinker, adept at building trusted relationships and mobilising stakeholders for better patient outcomes.
You bring:
- Expertise in project management, leading impactful projects and solutions.

- A value creation mindset, ensuring everything you do benefits the patient, the system, and Roche.
This is an office-based role (hybrid working available) that may require some travel.
