A prominent client based in Dublin are currently seeking a Receptionist to join their team 3 days a week. In this role you will be responsible for front of house, greeting clients, & building relationships. This roles in fully on-site from 9-5pm. In the office Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.


Front Desk Management:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Handling client meetings/bookings
  • Managing a busy switch board
  • Carrying out legal administration
  • Following up/Liaise with externals
  • Handling queries & Complaints

Client Interaction:

  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about the firmâs services.
  • Ensure clients are comfortable while waiting for their appointments.
  • Always maintain confidentiality of client information.
