We are seeking a skilled System Administrator Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle HCM Cloud services with technical expertise in report writing using OTBI & BIP services.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients Oracle HR Cloud system, configuring and customizing it to align with organizational HR policies and procedures. Additionally, they will provide 3rd level support to the HR support team and troubleshoot any issues that arise, including Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

System Setup and Maintenance: Provide global support in configuration, design, and support for enterprise-wide projects for HRIS Applications, including Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Building Reports/Dashboards: Write, maintain, and support queries and reports using Oracle HCM reporting tools like OTBI & BIP.

User Experience and Personalization: Create personalizations on the Oracle HCM Cloud system to enhance user experience.

Business Process Validation: Develop rules to validate business transactions and enhance data integrity.

Data Loads: Create mass loading templates using Oracle HCM Cloud Spreadsheet loaders and HDL.

Workflows: Write, maintain, and support various workflows needed for business process management.

Production Support: Provide support to cross-functional teams, research and resolve problems, and recommend solutions.

Oracle Upgrades: Support and test Oracle HCM quarterly upgrades.
Projects/Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions, manage projects.

Integration Services: Knowledge of Oracle Universal Content Management module (UCM) for building and maintaining data extracts within Oracle HCM.
Expected Knowledge:

Proven track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning.

Experience in building and maintaining data extracts within Oracle HCM and exposing them via Oracle UCM and BICCC.

Experience with SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI to deliver effective reports.
Knowledge of Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data load functions.

Flexibility to learn and adapt to new modules.

Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Desirable Knowledge:
Experience using Oracle on Demand development tools for complex analytics queries, packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.

Technical Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Oracle certification in HCM Cloud services desirable.
