Role: IP/ Patent Litigation Solicitor
Level : Associate/ Senior Associate
PQE: 2 to 7 PQE
Location: Dublin
Firm: Major Global Law Firm
Salary: €90 to €150k+ (DOE)

The Role:

Working alongside one of the foremost Patent Litigators in Ireland as part of a global network of leaders in this area, you will be advising on a range of work, including:

  • Patent disputes, both locally and internationally;
  • Patent advisory and risk management strategies;
  • Transactional Patent work;
  • Corporate support

The Firm:

This firm have a phenomenal reputation globally in this area and have a particular strength within Life Sciences. The practice is truly international in nature and they are well-renowned for offering the best in career development to their staff.

About You?

An experienced Litigator at Associate or Senior Associate level with experience in Life Sciences/ IP/ Patent Disputes and advisory. You must have a strong academic track record, and an excellent background from a firm perspective. Any experience in-house in the Life Sciences/ Patent space would be highly regarded also.
