This position is for a Brand Manager within EMEA Regional Marketing for Johnson & Johnson Vision. In this role, you will lead the development & creation of professional & consumer communication to support a portion of our portfolio of products for Johnson & Johnson Vision across Europe, Africa & Middle East (EMEA). This position supports the efforts to meet the needs of consumers and professionals with a clear value proposition that differentiates Johnson & Johnson Vision from the competition. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the regional marketing team and partner with local & global teams.

What you will be doing:
  • Development of consumer and professional communication materials & toolkits to support the strategies and plans defined for the brand.
  • Participation with defining new product launch strategies for the EMEA region, including project management, business case development, go to market plans, aligned positioning & integrated communication plan.
  • Establishment of success criteria of all activity and measurement against specific critical metrics with resources such as online analytics and various financial and sales reports, or through ad-hoc tracking tools.
  • Management of external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives within identified budgets
  • Facilitates effective stakeholder relationships and alignment to develop successful strategies and execution
  • Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
  • Works with all EMEA markets. Lead markets - UK, France, Italy, Turkey.
