Our Apprenticeships:

Kepak is one of Ireland’s leading meat companies and we have some exciting opportunities for people looking to kick start their careers in Maintenance and our wider Engineering team. We need to get our amazing products onto the shelves for consumers as quickly as possible to enjoy, and our Maintenance team is a key function to make that happen.
Kepak is looking to recruit Maintenance Apprentices to join the Maintenance team at our production facility in Watergrasshill, Cork. You will be supported by a Mentor who will help and guide you through your apprenticeship and achieving your qualification.

For Apprentices, this programme is the perfect entry point into the Maintenance industry, through a structured apprenticeship programme in cooperation with Solas and on-the-job training. As an apprentice, you earn while you learn – Kepak pays you while you are being trained.

Kepak is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join an industry leader that provides opportunities for training and progression to the right candidates. If you love working as part of a team and want the chance to help us innovate maintenance, then this is the apprenticeship for you.
