Role: Senior Psychologist (Later Life Care)

Salary: HSE Salary Scale (starting at €90k DOE)

In partnership with our clients, TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Senior Psychologist (Later Life) in Stillorgan, Co Dublin. Ours clients operate an independent acute psychiatric teaching hospital with 180 in-patient beds and are one of the leading European providers in mental health treatment and care. In addition to a range of outpatient services, which include psychiatry, psychology, WRAP (the Wellness Recovery Action Plan) and the Stress Clinic located in Dublin.

The Hospital currently provides specialist services in Addictions, Psychosis, Eating Disorders, Psychiatry of Later Life and Adolescent services. The Hospital is affiliated with University College Dublin, Trinity College Dublin, Dublin City University, the University of Limerick for undergraduate and postgraduate healthcare professional programs, the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and the College of Psychiatrists of Ireland.

Applicants for these positions should have the following:

· Candidates must hold a recognized postgraduate professional qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology and be a Chartered member of The Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). Candidates must demonstrate that they fulfill the requirements of the Department of Health to function as a psychologist in Ireland.
· The successful candidates will demonstrate experience in delivering psychological services for later life clients.
· The candidate will have experience in the delivery of specialist therapies (CFT, DBT, CBT, etc.) and they will evidence passion for working in a busy and vibrant interdisciplinary manner.
· A strong commitment to Training and Research is also required.

They must be highly motivated, organized, efficient and flexible with a commitment to providing the highest quality evidenced based mental health care to clients attending the facility.
