Summary

  • Salary: â¬32,000 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)
  • Location: On-site (100%) in Sandyford, Dublin 18
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays). Some weekend work is also required.

Our client, globally-known social media platform, is hiring for the new role â Generative Data Annotator. As an Annotator, your role will be to create, assess, and refine pairs of questions and answers to improve a large language model (LLM). 


Your mission...

This task will involve you reviewing a set of guidelines, create sample prompts and response in your area of expertise.

Your everyday...


  • Annotate English and Japanese market language data accurately and consistently, and in accordance with predefined annotation guideline.
  • Evaluate the quality of existing data resources, as well as the output of machine learning classifiers and internal tools.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation and organization.
  • Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately.
  • Provide feedback on the annotation tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of the data annotation process.
  • Provide insights regarding observed patterns in the annotated data.
  • Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.

  • A strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Flexibility and analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret large datasets and applying predefine guidelines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of annotations.


Experience required...


  • Fluency in English (C1+ level) and Japanese (C2+ level) alongside a cultural understanding of the market.
  • Flexible in working in a faced paced environment with different projects to work on.
  • Degree/1+ years professional experience preferred.
  • Educational background â undergraduate university degree or higher qualification in mentioned domains above

Requirements:


  • Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be fully confident in dealing with sensitive content.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for a minimum of 12 months or renewable).


What's in it for you?


  • Salary: â¬32,000 per year
    • Additionally, for the Afternoon shift only: 25% salary uplift for the late hours after 10pm
  • Contract: Permanent full-time with Covalen Solutions 
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, weekends only in case of increased business needs. 
  • Shifts: Candidates are choosing between Day shift (9am â 5:30pm) OR Afternoon shift (3pm â 11pm). There are no rotations. The shift you choose will be your permanent shift.
  • Location: Sandyford, Dublin 18 (100% in the office)
