Are you the right person for the job?

Are qualified Motor Vehicle Technicians with experience in modern vehicle electronics
Possess literacy and numeracy skills with fluent written and spoken English, along with excellent communication skills
Are organised, flexible, and thrive in a team-oriented environment
Have strong interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers
Previous Renault training is beneficial but not essential
Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrate a customer-focused approach
Have a desire for continuous training and development
Hold a full clean driving licence
What will your role look like?

As a Qualified Motor Technician, you will:

Conduct diagnosis, repairs, and servicing to the highest standards
Meet efficiency standards set by the aftersales department
Complete service documentation in compliance with warranty and dealer requirements
Collaborate with workshop and dealership colleagues for outstanding customer service
Communicate effectively with the Parts department for accurate stock levels
Perform vehicle health checks to identify additional safety or service work
