Position: Enrolment Advisor Contract: Permanent Full-Time Reports to: Enrolment Team Leader Location: Hybrid, minimum of two days per week in the Dublin office Overview: An established leader in career education since 2000, Hibernia College is Ireland's ?rst accredited blended learning third-level institution. The College has grown rapidly in scale, strength and stature since its foundation and specialises in the delivery of programmes up to level 9 NFQ with expertise in education, including initial teacher education and nursing undergraduate programmes. Job Purpose: Hibernia College seeks to recruit a Student Enrolment Advisor whose sole purpose will be to generate student enrolments by managing leads for prospective students who have made an initial inquiry about the courses that Hibernia College have to offer. The Enrolment Advisor will offer guidance and advice to prospective students on how best we can meet their educational needs and career needs. This role will suit someone who is very comfortable working in a target driven sales environment. Responsibilities: Manage sales pipelines across various modes of communications. Build relationships with prospective students by discovering their needs and concerns. Support prospective students through the enrolment process with advice on the application and interview process. Develop sales strategies for new and existing programmes. Take responsibility for inbound enquiries, answering calls, emails, messages, dealing with questions and information requests. Presenting webinars to potential students. Co-ordinate and present to potential students at annual roadshows. Attend career and recruitment fairs and college information events, advise on courses offered and gather lead information. Record all leads and sales activity on CRM system. Create reports and manage sales activity on CRM. Conduct targeted follow up with leads generated at events or who respond to specific marketing campaigns, as required by the Enrolment Team Leader. Create and support content for Hibernia College events on social media accounts. Provide support at Hibernia College events i.e., Orientation, Graduation. Stay up to date with sectors that relate to programmes offered by Hibernia College. Any other ad-hoc duties, as required. Requirements/Qualifications: Essential Relevant third level qualifications. Proven experience in sales and/or account management experience. Experienced event management and presentation skills. Self-motivated and thrives to meet and exceed goals within a sales environment. Excellent team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent IT skills and proficient in full suite of MS packages and CRM. Full driving licence and own transport. Flexibility to work outside core office hours when required. Please submit a comprehensive CV and supporting letter with your online application.
