Cpl are urgently recruiting Clerical Officers for out Healthcare client based in Waterford. These roles will be on a temporary contract basis (3 months).

**Successful Applicants will be Garda Vetted prior to Start Date**

  • â¬15.33 per hour
  • 9am - 5pm / Mon-Fri
  • Potentially some weekend work during peak periods
  • Temporary Contract (3-6 months)

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to clinicians
  • Handle patient and medical data
  • Update and maintain the relevant database
  • Ad-hoc admin duties
  • Assist patients/service users with queries

Requirements

  • 6+ months administrative experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Immediate Availability
