- 2-4 years’ experience in an asset / investment management firm or similar relevant experience.
- Qualification or part qualification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, CAIA or similar would be advantageous.
- Ability to positively engage at all levels, influence outcomes, address complex topics, conduct meetings in a structured manner and to minute and circulate follow-up actions.
- In-depth working knowledge of global investment instruments and regulatory markets.
- Good understanding of different investment vehicles, including ICAV, CCFs, UCITS and international fund structures.

The successful candidate will be part of an evolving client reporting team, responsible for the delivery of client(s) regulatory and industry best practice reports. In an ever-changing sector there is the opportunity to be involved in change management, issue resolution and key projects, having the opportunity to gain a broad knowledge base and develop key competencies. The candidate will be based in the Carne Kilkenny office. What is your role and your responsibilities?
- Execute the end-to-end production and delivery of periodic regulatory reports and factsheets for our clients, ensuring they are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage or actively support the execution of projects, process improvements and key change management initiatives.
- Attend client and internal meetings to understand new and/or change management requests, managing relevant activities to ensure requirements are incorporated into BAU.
- Actively work with key stakeholders to manage routine and/or complex ad-hoc queries, data requests and client change, through to completion in line with client expectations.
- Assist in the provision of data to internal and external parties as well as managing supplier relationships including SLA/service monitoring.
- Consistently review end-to-end processes to ensure they are efficient, reduce manual dependencies and mitigate risk.
- Maintain accurate and timely centralised team schedules to track scheduled and ad-hoc reporting deliverables and client requests.
- Responsible for drafting and updating procedures on a timely basis, ensuring new tasks and changes to processes are consistently documented and appropriately tested within the team to ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness of report production and delivery to clients and/or 3 rd parties.
- Actively support Client Reporting management in setting strategic goals and deliver key tactical solutions.
- Assist in training of team members to develop key competencies and gain the necessary experience to competently deliver reporting deliverables.
