This position is for a Sr. Brand Manager within EMEA Regional Marketing for Johnson & Johnson Vision. This position enables the portfolio strategy for a family of products within the EMEA region, an integrated marketing communication plan (consumer and professional) and demand generation activities for their portfolio. This position drives execution of new product launches in the region, drives portfolio lifecycle management, and ensures execution of guidelines in partnership with local, global, and cross-functional business partners. This position also manages the suite of solutions to meet the needs of consumers and professionals with a clear value proposition that differentiates Johnson & Johnson Vision from the competition.
  • You will serve as the subject matter expert on Product Management strategy and provides advanced insights into market performance and product trends for the EMEA region.
  • Act as thought leader to key internal stakeholders on market needs and data-driven potential solutions for customers and consumers.
  • Leverages analytics and reporting to develop go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Creates marketing toolkits for product management in market, meeting aligned local needs.

What you will be doing

Product Launches
  • Advises cross functional team at each stage of the product development cycle representing EMEA and identifies key consumer behavior insights and market trends.
  • Drives the Product Management strategy, including business case development, for the region and employs a customer-centric approach that incorporates the latest innovations and insights from the market.
  • Conducts advanced analysis at each stage of the launch excellence process and generates summary reports on key performance indicators once products launch.
  • Facilitates cross-functional team planning and ensures readiness for product launches in the region.
  • Contribute to the development of the global launch strategy and prepare for commercial readiness including regional point of view on targeting, product positioning, and strategic pricing in collaboration with Global.


Portfolio Management
  • Create regional demand forecasts, in combination with local markets and participate in the supply planning process for the portfolio
  • Create and execute overall regional brand and marketing hygiene for portfolio of products
  • Partner with local markets, global strategic marketing, supply chain, GBI and others to lead on ground engagement for their portfolio
  • Evaluates market complexities and business issues and consults with stakeholders on optimal solutions
  • Support the delivery of claims and evidence-based messaging through strong collaboration with Global Strategic Marketing, Global Business Insights, Global Professional Affairs, Medical Affairs, Clinical and R&D teams for both consumer-facing and professional-facing audiences, as a part of a product squad


General
  • Facilitates effective stakeholder relationships and alignment to develop successful strategies and execution
  • Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes and provides functional (matrix) supervision.
  • Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
  • Works with all EMEA markets, including lead markets - Ireland, UK, France, Italy and Turkey.
