Ensure excellent levels of service and quality to customers To manage and lead the team to ensure that they have the skill sets, resources and support needed to deliver in their role and achieve objectives, and that they operate in a manner consistent with the ethos and values of the organisation. Implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and processes as an integral part of day-to-day operations To monitor operations systems to ensure that the warehouse processes and integrity are maintained at all times The above list of responsibilities is not exhaustive, and you may be required to undertake other responsibilities and training as requested by your Manager Required Experience: Have a commercially acceptable level of English (spoken and written) Proficient on computers (Excel, Email, Reporting platforms, CRM systems) Previous Managerial experience (3 years +) Excellent timekeeping. Safety Awareness. Knowledge of Irish geography and specifically depot coverage areas. Problem solving and people management experience. Previous logistics experience is a distinct advantage.
