Expo Process Analytics has an exciting opportunity for a Sales/Marketing Administrator support the sales of a dynamic and innovative organisation.

This role will be playing a pivotal role in managing information between our customers, external sales, and the operational team at Expo Process Analytics. By running the internal sales and marketing processes such as creating quotes, order processing, and managing the website and CRM data, this will allow orders to flow smoothly through the business.

This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years experience in either Sales Administration or Marketing.

In the role, you will be:

  • Responsible for the customer journey through the Sales process
  • Creating quotes
  • Processing orders
  • Managing document control for example order acknowledgements, correspondence, shipping instructions, drawing specifications,
  • Answering all sales telephone calls and managing sales inbox
  • Maintaining the company website
  • Running social media channels such as LinkedIn
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Developing and manage customer newsletters via email
  • Developing marketing materials
  • Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires
  • Organising events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions with sales team
  • Assisting in the research, planning & implementation of product & sector-based marketing campaigns
  • Managing early stage nurturing & lead qualification

Person Specification:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills required
  • Good technical reading comprehension skills to create quotes
  • Takes initiative to progress work for example following up on customer questions, meeting SLAs, etc

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years in an administrative Sales or Marketing role.
  • For those from a marketing background, experience working in B2B is essential
  • Proficient in MS Office

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in an engineering or manufacturing business
  • Understanding of Lean or Continuous Improvement philosophy

The team can assist with the qualification and initial commissioning of interfaces and associated sensors to GMP as well as generating data analysis and model development during the commissioning.
