Summary: Responsible for operational, maintenance and troubleshooting support for HVAC& CTU's systems through strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMP's.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Perform daily operations, maintenance and repairs on utilites, AHU's, FCU, Heat recovery systems, CRAC units, CTU's, cleanrooms, AC units , or other mechanical equipment, in a cGMP environment with minimal supervision.Monitor and interpret readings on equipment, computer terminals/HMIs, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, safety devices, and Building Auomation Systems (BAS) to detect malfunctions and to ensure that equipment and cleanrooms are operating efficiently and safely.Identify any off-nominal conditions with mechanical & electrical equipment and troubleshooting / problem solving of any operational & maintenance issues.Perform daily Work Orders and PMs and efficiently coordinate the workflow and documentation of PMs and WOs.Perform or arrange for repairs, such as complete overhauls, replacement of defective fans, motors, dampers, pressure balancing devices, measuring instruments, TCV's etc.Coordination & supervision of vendor maintenance activitiesEnsure safe and efficient hands-on maintenance with strict adherence to SOP's, cGMP's, and quality standardsEnsure a safe work environment is maintained by adherence to Safety Systems, e.g. COHE/LOTO, Permit to work, Method Statements / Risk Assessments.Adhere to and remain current in assigned IOPS plant and department SOPs and required trainings as related to positional and department responsibilities; maintain an up-to-date training file to ensure compliance.Adherence to site standards & programmes (e.g. SCC (Site safety, cleanliness, compliance), 5S)Analyze problems and take appropriate action to ensure continuous and reliable operation of equipment and systems.Follows current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) and good business practices (G).
Education and Experience:
Qualified to National Craft Standard with a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role. Will substitute additional relevant experience for educational requirement.
