Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and involves supervising a team of warehouse staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

This is a permanent role and salary is €40k pa. Hours are 8.30 to 5pm.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE

  • Supervise and lead a team of 3 warehouse ops.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage solutions for efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
