The team provides support to the fund operations admin teams in order to successfully onboard transitions and new Private Equity and Real Estate funds.This role will provide an opportunity for you to develop both knowledge and experience of a dynamic and varied client environment and represents an exciting opportunity to work with a number of different internal teams in addition to external niche asset managers and clients.The key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Assist in the successful onboarding of new Private Equity and Real Estate funds and transitions in the Alternatives team.
  • Assist with the setup and overlay of the fund accounting platforms, Yardi and Investran for new fund setups.
  • Collects pertinent client information to ensure accurate account set-up, onboarding, reporting requirements of new funds and transitions, and distributing information to the appropriate internal areas.
  • Liaise with BPA, ensure templates are fit for purpose for Private Equity Fund structures and allocation rules.
  • Assisting with the collation of quarterly reporting of fund data to the Finance team and other internal teams.
  • Support the Sales team on new prospects and assisting on the analysis of new business opportunities.
  • Participates in sales process, identifying prospect and client needs and assist in crafting delivery plans.
  • Participating on due diligence calls and contributing to the RFP process of prospects.

Skills/ Qualifications:The successful candidate will benefit from having:
  • Holds or studying for a recognised Professional Accounting Qualification.
  • Working knowledge of Fund administration as it relates to Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting and Transfer Agency.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to quickly gain knowledge of Private Equity Fund Administration and Real Estate Fund Administration.
  • Demonstrates commitment to producing high-quality work and to timeframes required.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
