About the role Payroll:
  • Managing the time and attendance system.
  • Maintaining and filing payroll information.
  • Handling holiday and lieu day queries.
  • Managing staff queries related to tax, PRSI, and payroll issues.
  • Retaining records properly.
  • Ad hoc reporting.
Debtors:
  • Daily reconciliation of Front Office and Sales Ledger invoices.
  • Ensuring invoices have proper backup and are correctly addressed.
  • Mailing out invoices and monthly statements.
  • Contacting outstanding accounts for payment.
  • Liaising with the Financial Controller on outstanding accounts.
Daily Revenue Auditing:
  • Reconciling cash, credit cards, and lodgments daily.
  • Preparing daily/weekly figures.
  • Communicating with departments about income audit discrepancies.
  • Managing petty cash transactions and reconciliations.
Other Duties:
  • Supporting the Financial Controller with ad hoc projects.
  • Ensuring adherence to audit and SOP guidelines.
  • Timely and accurate filing.
