  • Work You’ll Do:

  • Reviewing and marking up agreements with a focus on commercial contracts and non-disclosure agreements
  • Creating contract templates, playbooks, and standard terms & conditions.
  • Document collation, version control and document review
  • Database entry, database searching and database maintenance
  • Proofreading of documents including contracts, agreements and transcripts
  • Legal research (manual or electronic)
  • Creating and populating tables, schedules and agendas incl. supplier registration requests/questionnaires
  • Prepare legal reports and evaluations, e.g. for due diligence
  • Execute and support legal training.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor of Law with minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling legal matters along with following skillset:

  • Effective communication, coordination and management skills
  • Excellent skills in Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated judgment, personal integrity, discretion regarding confidential matters, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client relation skills with experience interacting with all levels of corporate management
  • Excellent legal and business judgment; ability to think creatively about unique issues
