IT Financial System Lead

This is a multi-disciplinary role, balancing IT & Financial Systems Management and Project Management. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance and IT teams on systems integrations, deployments and change management. Highly responsible role requiring ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities.

• Lead CMS (ERP) enhancement projects
• Provide monthly reports on Users / Privileged Users
• Provide Tier 1 on site support to CMS users
• Run reports as requested by CMS users
• Provide ODBC query support and design reports using Data Query applications (PowerBI)
• Escalate and monitor issues with Epicor Support (Epicare WEB Application)
• Raise change requests to CMS for enhancements.
• Test / co-ordinate testing on changes to CMS system prior to go live
• Prepare CMS Training Materials and deliver training to users
• Apply system Logs to CMS System on a Quarterly basis (Sunday Evening)
• Liaise with Datanational (Hosting CMS) on users, System useage, Coordinating DR testing
• Manage Funnelcloud Application (MES Application)
• Manage Master data elements in Funnelcloud (Machines, products, users)

• Bachelor's degree in IT and/ or Accounting/ Finance
• A high degree of skills and knowledge in accountancy.
• Experience with software and MES systems
• Understanding of Project Management Methodology
• Experience in MS Applications (MS Project, Office 365 applications)
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analytics tools such as PowerBI
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills
• Possess a proactive and self-motivated learning style.
• Ability to influence and align teams in a matrix and virtual environment.
• A tenacious executor with a proven track record of managing change and achieving strong results
• Ability to think on their feet and apply common sense to unexpected challenges.

• Experience of matrixed, global organisations
• Skilled at bring order and discipline to delivery teams, while driving up engagement levels
• Lead and influence project teams with no reporting line
• Comfortable holding a project team accountable and driving them towards governance and reporting best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leading with behaviour/culture
