The Deputy Manager will assist the General Manager in all aspects and is responsible for overseeing the hotel's daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth running across all departments.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3-4 Years experience in Hotel Management in a busy 4 or 5 star Hotel essential for this role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer services and a guest-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Computer Literate and proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel CRMS.
  • Flexible with working hours which will include late nights, afternoons, weekends and bank holidays.
  • Financial and costings experience essential.
PACKAGE ON OFFER:
  • Competitive salary of €50,000-€55,000 depending on experience.
  • Free parking on site, Meals while on duty.
  • Accommodation can be provided if needed.
  • Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage.
