Clarity is recruiting a Supervising Pharmacist Manager for a thriving pharmacy group in Crookstown, Co. Kildare. 

What you need to know:
This is a permanent full-time role No Sundays, Bank Holidays or late nights Touchstore is the dispensing system used.

What you'll be doing:Operating the dispensary in accordance with all the legal responsibilities pertaining to the profession of pharmacyExercising all aspects of law, ethics and codes of practice as laid down by the Irish Pharmaceutical Society.Providing a safe and efficient dispensing service to all customers in accordance with Lloyds pharmacy guidelines.Ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medicines to all customersInteracting with other health professionalsActive management of the Monthly submissions to Payment BoardsPro-active management and follow up of the claims rejectedBuilding and maintaining relationships with local Doctors and other health professionalsWhat we're looking for:Innovative individual who seeks to deliver opportunities to assist the business to developAn understanding of effective budget & stock managementExcellent communication skillsCapability to work on your own initiative as well as part of the teamAbility to build a strong working relationship with all team members in the pharmacyAbility to prioritise and work in a confidential environment with a high attention to detailPositive can-do attitude and a willingness to learnWhat we require:Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)At least 3 years post-registration experienceWhat's on offer:Competitive salary & location allowancePrivate Medical insurance allowanceMonthly Performance BonusMaternity pay & Paternity pay benefitProfessional fees paidGuaranteed CPD hoursGenerous staff discounts in-storeAdditional service daysSick PayExcellent referral schemeTax-saver travel schemes.Pension
