Requirements

What you'll do

  • Manage your implementation pipeline and see implementations through from start to finish
  • Use remote access software to connect technical specialists to client's servers/machines
  • Ensure that a high standard of data entry is maintained in internal systems
  • Check client's PCs for System Requirement compatibility using remote access software
  • Schedule all implementations that are kept in-house for onboarding
  • Liaise with client and setting their expectation for the data migration
  • Follow up with clients after the implementation
  • Obtain Implementation Surveys
  • Answer the client's pre-implementation queries
  • Assist external consultants with client's queries
  • Identify & resolve issues and inquiries from members of the team, Partner Network, and Clients
  • Maintain Implementation documentation, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor the correct use of LEAP policies & procedures
  • Revise Implementation processes to improve client & consultant experience
  • Assist with organising required training, presentations, and events for external consultants
  • Liaise with technical specialists to ensure data migration expectations have been communicated

What you'll bring

  • The ideal candidate will bring prior experience working in Software as a Service and/or the legal sector
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to listen, understand, and recommend solutions within the scope of the software and Partner Network role
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
  • Self-motivated to innovate within the job and look for new opportunities both within the team and the Partner Network.
