We are seeking a NetSuite Project Manager/Administrator with a strong background in manufacturing and distribution to lead ERP initiatives, optimize system functionality, and drive process improvements. This role requires hands-on NetSuite expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of OneWorld, Advanced Manufacturing, Light Manufacturing, SuiteProjects, and more.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and customizations for manufacturing and distribution operations.
- Configure and optimize NetSuite modules, including OneWorld, Advanced Manufacturing, Light Manufacturing, Advanced Electronic Bank Payments, Fixed Assets, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, reporting, and system efficiencies.
- Lead NetSuite-related projects, ensuring seamless integration across business units and external platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics using SuiteAnalytics and Cloud+ to provide actionable insights.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams to maximize NetSuite adoption and efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, implementation, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and distribution processes within NetSuite.
- Hands-on experience with OneWorld, Advanced Manufacturing, SuiteProjects, and financial modules.
- Proven ability to lead NetSuite-related projects, troubleshoot system issues, and enhance ERP functionality.
- Experience integrating third-party applications and managing system customizations.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in SuiteAnalytics and Cloud+.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
